Urban Decay Showboat Nail Polish in "Woodstock" Swatches

If you saw my My Urban Decay Haul a few weeks ago, then you already know that one of the things I purchased was the Urban Decay Showboat Nail Polish set for only $8.00!  I showed you nail board swatches and today I'm bringing you actual nail swatches of the Woodstock polish, which is a very pretty bright pink/neon color!
Urban Decay Nail Polishes
These polishes last a good 4 days before I saw any chipping, so it's pretty good for me! I love pink polishes and this is now one of my all time favorite pink/neon polishes!

Once I wear the other colors I will be sure to post swatches! Do you have this set? Have you tried any of the Urban Decay polishes? Let me know down below!

My Favorite Drugstore/Affordable Setting Loose Powders

I've owned a good share of setting loose powders in my life time, and I've come to LOVE a few drugstore/affordable ones which I will share with you today!  First off what is the purpose of a setting powder? Well for me I generally tend to have oily skin (with some dry spots) so I need a setting powder to help with my oily face (especially in the summer time).  In addition, I prefer using liquid foundation (vs powder) so I like to set my face with a setting powder just to create a matte look, to take away any shine that the liquid foundation may have created.
Best Loose Setting Powders
My favorite Drugstore/Affordable Setting Loose Powders are:

On all these setting loose powders I actually own 2 colors a light (translucent)and a medium, one for winter where  my skin gets lighter and one for summer where my skin is more tanned/bronzed.  All three of these powders creates a smooth and soft looking skin, they all eliminate shine, and allow my liquid foundation to stay put without the oil and shine for well over 8 hours.
Best Loose Setting Powders
How to Apply?  Well as you can see in the picture above these setting powders are loose so you either need a powder puff or a brush.  These I believe come with a powder puff but i prefer a brush because I feel like the product blends a lot better and with a lot less effort!  All of these setting powders are very easy to work with and blend perfectly into the skin, to create a natural look, and not cakey at all!

First Impressions: ELF Cosmetics Studio Baked Eyeshadows

I have to admit I purchased 2 of the ELF Cosmetics Studio Baked Eyeshadows about 2 months ago and am just now beginning to test them out....I had to do a quick First Impressions post because I simply love these baked eye-shadows and cannot wait to play with them more and purchase all the other colors!
Baked EyeShadows
These baked eye-shadows retail for $3.00 on the ELF site, along with in store such as Target and K-mart.  They come in super sleek round packaging very similar to their e.l.f Cosmetics Baked Blushes, at about .12 oz.  This is part of the ELF studio line and there are 6 colors total, I purchased 2 at my local Target just to test them out.

I want to first mention how pigmented these shadows are, it's quite unbelievable and I am so amazed.  The color applies so smoothly and without any effort at all, it feels super soft on the skin and I can easily say that these two shadows have become my go-to product recently.  As you can see in the pictures below, these are not matte eye-shadows but honestly the pictures below do not do it justice the colors are a lot less frosty in person (my camera flash makes it appear super shiny and frosty).
Baked Eyeshadow Swatches
I am planning on buying the other 4 shades and I will do an updated post showing you all the swatches.  Ladies I highly recommend the  ELF Cosmetics Studio Baked Eyeshadows they are amazing, long lasting, super pigmented, and all for only $3.00 each....it's definitely a steal!

If you want to check out the entire line and all the colors please make sure to visit the ELF Cosmetics website.

Jesse's Girl Cosmetics -- JulieG Limited Edition Frosted Gum Drops Collection (Tangerine Dream Swatches)

About 2 months ago I purchased the entire Jesse's Girl Cosmetics JulieG Limited Edition Frosted Gum Drops Collection, through Groupon since they had a fabulous deal: $12.99 for the entire set (6 polishes) which is amazing because these regularly are prized at $3.99 (already affordable) but the deal made these polishes around $2.16 each!
JulieG Tangerine Dream Swatches

Today I will  be showing you nail swatches of Tangerine Dream which is a beautiful bright orange color!  As I paint my nails with the other colors I will be sure to post blog pictures!  What I love about this collection is the texture of these polishes, they really look and feel like gumdrop candy!  So far from testing out Tangerine Dream the polish does last about 4 days before a few chipping here and there occurs! I love these and can't wait to wear the rest of the colors!

Do you own any of the Jesse's Girl Cosmetics JulieG Limited Edition Frosted Gum Drops Collection? Which is your favorite? These can be purchased at your local Rite Aid and through the Jesse's Girl Cosmetics website for $3.99!
