My MAC PRO Palettes Order Has Arrived PLUS My Depotting Project

Ok that was incredibly fast....it was just 5 days ago that I posted about a deal that MAC Cosmetics was having on their PRO palettes and inserts, well my order came in and I wanted to share with you my depoting adventure.
MAC Cosmetics PRO Palettes
First off, I ordered 2 inserts but since they are out of stock those will be mailed out at a later point.  Now, I mainly purchased these because I have this palette I purchased a few years ago, filled with 40 shadows.  I hardly use the palette because it is in this odd and inconvenient plastic packaging, makes it a hassle to even use it!
As you can see that palette has some gorgeous shades, which are of amazing consistency and pigmentation.  I purchased this palette from Kohl's, it was one of the holiday beauty limited edition palettes, like I said this was a few years ago so I don't believe they have these any longer.  So I started my depotting project, I pushed all the shadows out of the plastic container, some were easier to remove than others, and i placed them into my new MAC Pro Palettes.

Each palette fits about 24 shadows (around MAC size); you can depot bigger shadows even dome blushes/shadows since the palette has a little bit of depth to it.  I am so happy that I made this purchase because I can now use these shadows much easier than before! I highly recommend that you head over to the MAC Cosmetics site and purchase these, for only $8 each you can really clear out a lot of your shadows and blushes and place them in a neat/easy to use/easy to clean palette....perfect for on the go or to de-clutter your makeup stash!

    1. Hi Efsun! Yes very similar to Z palettes, but I can't compare since I don't own any z palettes....I do think those particular palettes cost $17 and up!
