EOS Pomegranate Raspberry Lip Balm Review

For the past 8 months I've been absolutely addicted to the EOS Lip Balms; I own a few of them and the one I've been obsessing over is the Pomegranate Raspberry Lip Balm. I purchased it at my local Target for only $2.99 ($3.29 on the EOS site), which is such a bargain because these lip balms last such a long time! These lip balms are 100% natural and 95% organic, EOS claims the following information:
Long-lasting moisture
Shea butter & vitamin E
Smoothes on clear
New smooth sphere precisely glides on to lips
Twist-off top
Gluten-free
Paraben-free
Petrolatum-free
Phthalate-free

What I love about these lip balms is that they don't feel sticky at all, that is one of my all time pet peeve with lip products; I hate it when lip balms are super sticky so I am hooked on these because they feel so smooth on the lips and they just glide on perfectly.  I use this lip balm any time I feel like my lips need just a tad bit of moisture, and what's totally awesome about these lip balms is that they last a long time; I've had this particular one for months now and I barely made a dent into it!

The scent and taste of these lip balms are exactly what the packaging calls it, this one tastes and smells just like a mixture of pomegranate and raspberry.  In addition, these are colorless so they don't add any color to your lips but do add a tiny bit of shine and smoothness to your lips.  Overall I do highly recommend these lip balms, they are long lasting, they moisturize the lips incredibly well, and the packaging is super cute and very convenient to just throw into your purse or desk cabinet!

Have you tried any of these lip balms? They do come in a variety of different colors/scents, and they did come out with a limited edition Alice in Wonderland Trio (at Target) for $8.99…I believe...did you pick that one up?  Will you be picking up any other EOS Lip Balms? Which one is your favorite? To check out more EOS products please make sure to visit the EOS website.

  1. Are they hard to use once the top sphere has been worn down a bit? I suppose that will take quite a while to happen, but this was always my concern with the design.

    1. It is so interesting that you ask....I haven't hit pan on any of the EOS that I own....and I use them every day! I assume you can use your finger (make sure it's clean) or a lip brush! But honestly it will take you literally forever to hit pan on the babies!!

  3. I tried EOS Sweet Mint Lip Balm for the first time today. I immediately fell in love with it. It was that fantastic, I ended up using it as my kick-off-post for my new blog - https://livelaughloveblogforever.wordpress.com/

It is so tempting to run out and buy more, but I'll resist the urge. There's always tomorrow.
