e.l.f Fall 2012 Python Nail Polish Collection On Sale (Haul + NOTD)

I made a trip to my local Target this weekend, and I noticed that they had a bunch of e.l.f Fall 2012 Python Nail Polishes in a bin, on sale for $1.70 regular price $2.00.  This is a limited edition collection exclusively for Target, which came out around August, I decided to grab all the colors I could find since the packaging is super cute and they were really inexpensive.
The colors don't have names, they just have numbers on the bottom of the polish bottles, and the texture varies from what I can tell from left to right: 1 glitter, 1 frost/metallic, 2 matte, 3 glitter specs/frost.

The quality seems is really good (just like all their other polishes), 1 coat is already pigmented enough, so far I've only tried one of the polishes for about a day, so I can't really say what the lasting power is, but honestly for less than $2.00 I can't really complain even if it only lasts a few days.

If you're looking to try some very affordable polishes, with very cute packaging, I suggest you head over to your local Target and grab these polishes before they are gone. When I was at the check out isle, one of the Target employees was telling me that these will be gone pretty soon, since they've been selling them like crazy!
Have you tried these polishes? What do you think about them? Are you in love with the packaging as much as I am?

Wet n Wild 8-Pan Shadow Palette "Blue Had Me At Hello" Review & Swatches

A month ago I purchased the Wet n Wild Blue Had Me At Hello 8 pan shadow palette, when CVS had their BOGO Free Deal. Regular retail price for these palettes is $4.99. I already own the Limited Edition I Heart Matte Palette which you can check out my review here.
If comparing this palette to the  I Heart Matte Palette this palette does mainly have shimmer shadows with the exception of the black on the bottom left which is a matte color.  In addition, the shadows in this palette are not as pigmented as the I Heart Matte Palette, however I do still love this palette for the simple fact that you get 8 very beautiful colors that work very well with one another, for only $4.99.
The swatches are still very beautiful, and with additional swipes of the product you can definitely built up enough pigmented color.  The swatches that I have provided are without any primer, and I have yet to try them with primer but I will assume they will be a bit more pigmented with any primer just like any other shadows.

The lasting power is pretty good, generally after about 6-7 hours the color does not look as pigmented as it does in the beginning of the day, which is not bad at all!  I also purchased the neutrals/browns palette which I will show you swatches in the up coming weeks, I use that palette more often because I tend to use neutrals on a daily basis vs darker or more brighter colors.

Do you own this palette? What do you think about the pigmentation and lasting power? What other WnW 8-pan eye shadow palettes do you own?

Fashion Haul at Affordable Prices - ModDeals Cyber Shopping!

I am very excited today to show you a haul from an online store that I am absolutely in love with.  The site is ModDeals.com, it is an online apparel website that offers clothes, accessories, purses, shoes, all for a very affordable price.  In fact, all of their products are less than $20.00, their prices are such good deals because they offer up to 70% off retail price!

Here is my haul...and yes I do love to wear bright fun neon colors even if Fall is approaching =)
The material from the all the items is exquisite, the blazers have a very sturdy yet soft comfortable feel to them, and the quality of the material feels very expensive.  What I love about ModDeals is that they offer a variety of sizes from Small to XXL, which is great because women of all different sizes can find something that they love!
In addition, ModDeals offers one of the best customer service that I've experienced from an online retailer; one of the items I selected became out of stock so I was able to call them and swap out the items with something else in stock, they quickly made the swap without any hesitation.
With a coupon code they were offering on their site at the time of purchase, I was able to get the makeup bags above for free, the coupon code was FREEMB (although I don't believe the coupon code is active anymore), the makeup bags come in different colors and they are currently on sale for less than $3.00 for the set, you can click here to check it out!  Also, they lovely folks at ModDeals were kind enough to offer my readers a 10% coupon code: glitzglambudget10off which expires 11/30/12.

US standard shipping is a flat rate of $2.99 for 5-8 business days, my package arrived in 2 days...I was so impressed!  They do ship internationally, and rates do vary. Overall I highly recommend ModDeals, for the quality of the clothes, the awesome customer services, and the quick shipping!

Shabby Apple Giveaway Winner

I recently won a giveaway that Jessica from "The Jessica L Blog" was hosting; it was a $50 gift-card from Shabby Apple, so I wanted to share the news with you all!

Normally with $50 you can buy a good amount of products, but since items from Shabby Apple are priced fairly high I had a hard time picking something out that was within the $50 budget!
I picked a set of earrings (which I believe are sold out because I cannot find them any longer on their site) and also a bracelet which you can check out here.  The earrings were priced at $12.00 and the bracelet was $32.
The quality seems really good and I am excited to wear these pieces out!  If you want to check out Shabby Apple click here, to check out Jessica's blog click here.  Have you won any giveaways recently? What was the most exciting prize you've won?

Influenster Beauty Blogger VoxBox

So it's been a while since I received a voxbox from Influenster, I believe the last one was the Love VoxBox in February.  If you don't know what Influenster is, I did a blog post about it last year, however since then, Influenster has changed and it's been revamped.  Currently Influenster is on an invite only basis, but if you are part of the site you take surveys and complete tasks to earn badges, you have scores based off of what you're influential in, in which qualify you for voxboxes.
I was lucky enough to qualify for the Beauty VoxBox, which I am super excited about.  Throughout the next several weeks I will be testing out all the products and provide quick reviews on them!  Only disappointing thing is that one of the items in the box must have burst while in transit, the boost energy packet literally was stuck on every item unfortunately, but other than that I love everything that came in the box this time around!
To check out what Influenster is all about, click here which will take you to their site! Are you part of Influenster? Did you receive the Beauty Blogger Voxbox? Which item are you most excited about?
