I was recently tagged by the lovely Janna from Gloss andGlitz, the tag is called This…or That Makeup Tag! I love these types of tags so let’s begin:

Blush or Bronzer? Although I do wear both blush and bronzer almost everyday, if I had to pick I would say bronzer simply because I love contouring my face and having that bronzed look year round. Some bronzers can also pass off as a blush and even highlighter.

Lipgloss or Lipstick? I would have to say lipstick, especially matte.  I don’t really like the gloss look for everyday makeup, so I lean towards lipsticks more.

Chapstick or Lip Butter? Although I love chapsticks, I tend to pick lip butters more often, simply because I want a little bit of color/tint on my lips.

Matte or Sparkle Eye Shadow? Matte eyeshadows is what I reach for on a daily bases, although I do love sparkle eyeshadows as well but generally I lean towards the matte colors more often.

Gel, Liquid, Cream, or Pencil Eyeliner? I’ve always loved pencil eyeliners, but recently I’ve been testing out a liquid eyeliner (felt tip eyeliner) which I love more than any other pencil liner I own.

Foundation or Concealer? Although I generally use both foundation and concealer every day, if I had to pick one I would say foundation, simply because many foundations can cover up imperfections that you normally would use concealer for.  I mainly need to cover up my dark under-eye circles, which some full coverage foundations can cover up.

Liquid or Powder Foundation? Liquid foundation all the way; I have some dry spots on my face and when I use powder foundation it just looks too dry and crackly, but with liquid foundation I find that I can achieve a more natural look vs using powder.

Neutral or Statement Eyes? Neutral eye for sure, as much as I love bright and fun colors, I don’t have much time in the mornings to create bold looks so neutral eyes are the quickest (and safest) thing to create on a daily basis.  I normally will play around with bold shadows on the weekends, and I am slowly getting more comfortable using brighter colors.

Pressed or Loose Shadows? Pressed shadows; I have a few loose shadows and I just can’t seem to figure out how to create a wearable look until I figure it out I will have to say pressed shadows all the way!

Waterproof or Non Water proof? Non water proof, simply because I hate removing waterproof mascara/eyeliner. As far as foundation goes, I’ve never had the need to wear waterproof foundation so I’ve never purchased one before.

Brushes, Sponges or Fingers? For foundation I use my fingers most of the time; however I did just buy a stippling brush so I am excited to give it a try! For eyeshadows normally I use brushes, but if I am in a hurry or depending what kind of shadows I use, then I apply them with my fingers.

Powder, Cream, or Liquid Highlighter? I hardly use highlighter, I think the last time I used a highlighter was years ago, but when I did use it I used a powder highlighter.
