EOS Strawberry Sorbet Lip Balm Review

I’ve always read a lot of hype on the EOS Lip Balms, but never actually purchased any, simply because I always thought they were too expensive for lip balms.  Recently I was in line at my local Target and saw this EOS Strawberry Sorbet Lip Balm hanging by the cash register; it was $2.99 so I thought well why not...let me give it a try!
I’ve been testing out the EOS Strawberry Sorbet Lip Balm for almost a month now and I am simply addicted to it! First let me tell you what the company claims:
Long-lasting moisture
Shea butter & vitamin E
Smoothes on clear
New smooth sphere precisely glides on to lips
Twist-off top
I love this product for so many reasons, first being that it does not feel sticky at all, the product itself has a very smooth consistency to it, so when you slide it on your lips it feels light enough as if there is hardly anything on your lips (which is a plus for me – I hate that sticky lip balm feeling). I love that it makes my lips feels super soft during and after applying the product, it is long lasting, but I find myself applying it often because I love it so much.
The product comes in a .25 oz container, but I can definitely see this product lasting a long time; as I mentioned I’ve been testing it out for almost a month and I’ve barely made a dent into it.  The packaging is super cute, and very unique. The oval packaging is petite enough to carry around in your purse, and since the container is so unique, it never gets “lost” in my purse, like a lot of my other chapsticks or lipsticks.
This is a colorless lip balm, but it does add tiny bit of shine, nothing too extravagant.  It does have a slight scent, I wouldn't say it smells exactly like strawberries nor does it taste like strawberries, but the scent is still pleasant enough. I definitely do think this lip balm does live up to its expectation and claims, it is long lasting, it does moisturize and does keep my lips super soft …plus I love that EOS is 100% natural 95% organic, and do not test on animals!
Have you tried any of these lip balms? They do come in a variety of different colors/scents, and they did just come out with a limited edition Alice in Wonderland Trio (at Target) for $8.99…I believe.  Will you be picking up that limited edition trio or any other EOS Lip Balms?
