SPOTTED: Beauty & Skincare Sales at K-Mart (Plus HAUL)

This past weekend, I headed over to my local K-Mart to purchase some house-ware products, and of course I made my way onto the beauty/skincare isles! I was simply amazed at the amount of sales and discounts they were having, I only purchased a few items and saved over $10! Majority of their products were on sale, and were all awesome deals, I suggest you head over to your local K-Mart and check out the beauty/skincare/Hair isles!

I purchased the following items:
1) St. Ives Body Wash Green Tea
2) St. Ives Body Scrub Green Tea
3) Simple Skincare Facial Wipes
4) Sally Hansen Hard as Nails Polish
5) VO5 Moisturizing Shampoo
6) Sally Hansen Strengthening Polish Remover

The first two items I picked up were the St. Ives Body Wash Green Tea and St. Ives Body Scrub Green Tea.  I really wanted to try these out because I love the scent of "Green Tea" (I also love to drink green tea) but I didn't want to spend almost $7.00 on each one, so I was AMAZED to see they were on sale for $1.59 each!!! I am so excited to try these out and I will definitely be doing a product review on each one!

The next item I purchased was a VO5 Moisturizing Shampoo, it was only $.79 which is pretty cheap but I have seen it on sale at CVS for $.69, regularly priced at $1.59.  I am interested in seeing how a very "cheap" shampoo compares with shampoos priced at over $4.00...I will report back and do an updated blog post once I test it out!
Next I purchased 2 items from Sally Hansen, 1 being a Sally Hansen Strengthening Polish Remover, and the other is a Sally Hansen Sweet Sorbet Hard as Nails Polish in a pastel pink color! It was only $1.99, and it didn't seem to be on sale because they had a display showing all the colors priced at $1.99. I am excited to try out this polish and will do a NOTD post soon.
The last item I purchased was a pack of Simple Skincare Cleansing Facial Wipes, which you can check out my review here. I love these makeup remover wipes and I recently ran out so I was re-stocking! These wipes were not on sale but they are reasonably priced at $5.99 a pack; however they were having a ton of skincare items on sale, BOGO1/2off, items such as Biore, Clean n Clear, Neutrogena, and more!
Have you visited your local K-Mart recently? Any sales that caught your attention? Have you tried any of the items I purchased? If you have I'd love to hear what you think about them!

  4. V05 Is good, I've used it before with no complaints however I also can't figure out the differences between shampoos, etc. I'm bad at that. I noticed however a few weeks ago at Walmart that the Sally Hansen Hard As Nails collection was all priced at $1.99, I don't believe it's just that collection - but I picked up Love Rocks, Black Heart, Bad to the Bone, Rock Candy, Pumping Iron & Crystal Clear for a whopping $12! One heck of a deal if you ask me!

    1. I am definitely loving the VO5 right now and will do a review soon! $12 for all those Sally Hansen polishes is such a great deal!!
