Wet N Wild Sparked Nail Polish

I love Wet n Wild nail polishes, and one of my most recent favorite is the Wild Shine Nail color in #435G in “Sparked,” which I picked up at Walgreens for $.69, during a WnW sale (normally these run for $.99).
I love these polishes not only because they are super affordable, but simply because the colors are all very pigmented, and there are such a wide range of colors to choose from.
“Sparked” is super pigmented and really only needs 1 coat to fill up your nails with sparkles (vs other polishes that are clear with a few specks of glitter). On my nails I have two coats which makes the pink sparkles a bit more vibrant.  I also love that the polish doesn’t feel too rough like some other glitter polishes. What I also love about this polish is that it's not only a "pink" glittery polish, the sparkles have a dark pink to almost gray undertones which looks very pretty under the light!

The lasting power varies, but typically they will look great for a few days and then I’ll start to see a small chip here and there, which can easily be covered up with a swipe of polish.

Do you own any Wet n Wild polishes? If not I would definitely encourage you to purchase 1 (or a few) simply because they are very affordable, and WnW truly does have a WIDE range of selection in colors! These polishes can be purchased at most drugstores such as CVS, Walgreen's, and Walmart.

  1. I just used this polish for the first time recently, and I have to say, it took me 5 coats to get my nail evenly coated! I love the colors, but I don't think it's dense enough with the glitter. Still beautiful though xoxo

    1. Hi K! I think it depends on the color, I've had a few WnW polishes that did the same thing the texture is not quite the same in all their polishes, but for less than $1 it's worth a try for me!

  2. I love the idea that this could only require 1 coat... that's what I hate about glitter polish!! But I love it too, haha!! this is so pretty! like a rose gold color, very similar to Milani Disco Lights! I love WnW's Party of Five Glitters - such a pretty glitter polish. xox

    1. Hi Janna, YES i was surprised because usually glitter polishes required A TON of coats! I haven't tried any Milani polishes but I always walk by them at the store and think how pretty their colors look...I might have to give them a try!

    1. Hi Taylor, try the glitter ones, their consistency is a lot easier to work with vs their matte colors!

  6. I love Wet N Wild nail polishes! I don't have a ton of extra money to spend on beauty products, so I'm glad that I can get these for 97 cents at my local Target. My favorite color from Wet N Wild is the bright pink color, I accidentally got nail polish all over the bottle so I can't tell which color or number it is, but it's really pretty. It's in my April Favorites post.

Thanks so much for writing about Wet N Wild nail polishes, because I love them! I might just have to get Sparked! :)

    1. Miranda I definitely agree with you; I've tried some higher end polishes that cost a ridiculous amount of dollars and they don't work as well as some of the WnW Shine polishes!

  8. Love this color, bought it in 2011 and received many compliments on it My only complaint is that the dense glitter makes removal very difficult.
