I wanted to give you the heads up that on April 27th, Pantene and Seventeen magazine have teamed up together to host the first ever National Donate Your Hair event, where salons across the country are providing free services and haircuts when you donate your hair to create wigs for cancer patients. The hair will go to Pantene Beautiful Lengths, you can click here to check out the wonderful cause!
Information regarding events such as the two listed above can all be found for FREE through a site called Free Beauty Events!! Pretty much all you have to do is enter is your zip code to find out what makeovers, gift with purchase, sampling events, etc, are happening near you! I suggest you follow Free Beauty Events through TWITTER, FACEBOOK, and GOOGLE+, to get the latest scoops on all the free beauty events near you!
They also have monthly giveaways, and for the month of April, they will be giving away 10 prizes. Each prize will consist of Herbal Essences Touchably Smooth Shampoo and Herbal Essences Touchably Smooth Conditioner

i was going to do this years ago, but for locks of love. my hair was grown and then i was told i cant do it if my hair has been dyed. i didnt even consider that. i was in the 7th grade when i wanted to do this, so i guess i should have done my research LOL

ReplyDeleteI donated 10 inches to Beautiful Lengths in February. It is a great cause. It takes 6 ponytails to make 1 wig so they need as many donors as possible. I will grow my hair and donate again.
